If you only watch one video today, make it this one

This is one of the most powerful footy videos you will see this year. There’s no tackles. No tries. No sideline conversions. Just pure emotion. Tears. Heartbreak. And solidarity.

This is the story of how the Como Crocs rugby league footy club in Sydney’s south responded as they grieved a club mate lost to suicide. The choice? Accept a broken system. Or do something about it.

They did something.

For the past five years, the club has raised funds and worked with Gotcha4Life, delivering programs to build mental fitness and make sure no-one else worries alone.

It’s a testament to the power of community, connection and conversation, and a passion to build a mentally fit club.
