Getting Started with Building Mental Fitness
Mental fitness is a broad concept and like the terms ‘wellbeing’ and ‘mental health’ there's no one single definition! We like to think of Mental Fitness as our capacity to cope and adapt to the ups and downs of life.
We know that the more mentally fit you feel, the better you are able to respond to the ups and downs of life, and manage emotions when they arise.
Here are 4 questions* to get you thinking about building your mental fitness, and your level of connection with others.
