How to Make Mental Fitness a Habit

Every Day is a New Opportunity to Build Mental Fitness

The truth is, there’s no end to investing in your mental fitness.

How to Make Mental Fitness a Habit

How do you keep building your mental fitness? How do you make it a habit? The key is keeping it simple. Doing one simple thing every day (and getting back on deck when you miss a day), is a proven way to create sustainable change. No enormous routine changes that are hard to stick with, just one simple act to build your mental fitness each day.

Are you Ready to Make Mental Fitness a Way of Life?

To make it easier, we've created a 28-day calendar that is filled with simple daily actions that build your emotional muscles. Think of it as your Mental Fitness Advent Calendar, with rewards that are better than chocolate! If you don’t like doing things in order (or you don’t like chocolate), consider it a bingo card, we promise we don’t mind.

Imagine what will be different in your life when you choose an action from your calendar each day for the next 28 days? What action do you feel most motivated to take first?

You might like to print your calendar and stick it somewhere obvious, or keep it on your phone, or near your diary. It can also help to write down a few notes in a journal every day - reflecting on the impact of the action you chose that day.

Go for Progress Over Perfection

Remember, any step you take is a step towards a more mentally fit you. Go easy on yourself and if you forget one day (or many days), the next day is an opportunity to try again.
