Keep the Conversation Running

Mark Avery

Mark saw his passion for running as the perfect opportunity to physically challenge himself and rally an audience to raise much needed funds for a charity close to his heart.

Mark experienced first-hand the loss of a mate.

“I wasn’t feeling good, and it was affecting my work. I used running to bring myself out of that dark space and into a good place. It helped me focus on the positives and replace bad habits.”

Mark pushed it to another level in 2020 by running almost 1000km – 20 marathons in 20 days. The journey was from Tweed Heads to Sydney.

Keeping the conversation running, Mark has also completed 21 half marathons in 21 days around his neighbourhood. Connecting and inspiring so many along the way. Mark’s two campaigns have raised $40,000 for Gotcha4Life.
